Important Guest Information
We encourage all guests to review our policies before booking. Understanding the details ensures a smooth reservation process and a comfortable stay. By familiarizing yourself with our guidelines in advance, you can look forward to a relaxed and enjoyable visit.
General Policies
Check In/Check Out
Check-in: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Smoking
Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted in the room. Violations will result in a $250 fee added to the reservation.
No Pets allowed with the exception of a service animal.
Gift Certificate Policies
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
Data Privacy Policies
We offer discounts when booking online from our website if you enter your email address. We use this email to contact you to encourage you to finish your reservation.
By entering your email we do add you to our newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Quarterdeck Hotel Policies
Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and you will only be charged a $35 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than thirty (30) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room, a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
In the event of a pandemic, government shutdown or an uncontrollable event, vouchers will be issued instead of refunds.
