Hi, welcome to your handy room guide. Here you will find lots of useful information about your room:
General Information
- The Platform Parlour is available for all guests to use until 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum to respect other guests.
- The Platform Parlour is also available to hire as a meeting room. Please contact us for more information.
- Our patio is a relaxing place for all guests to unwind. Please be mindful that this is a quiet space and respect other guests while using it.
- The patio is a no-smoking area. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking shelter next to the car park.
EV Charging
We have electric vehicle (EV) charging, making it easy and convenient to recharge your vehicle during your stay.
Heating/Air Conditioning
Your room is equipped with a heating and air conditioning unit to help keep you comfortable throughout your stay.

TV
Your room is equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment. You can watch live TV through the installed apps and enjoy on-demand content anytime.
Please note
- You may need to log into your own accounts for certain apps.
- You can install additional apps if there's a service you'd like to use that isn't already on the TV.
- There is no aerial, so there is no traditional 'TV guide' for live channels.
Kitchenette
Your room includes a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and fridge freezer, giving you everything you need to prepare and store meals during your stay. You can view the microwave user manual here.
Skylights
Your room has skylights in the kitchenette, fitted with blackout blinds.
A pole has been provided for opening and closing the window and blinds. Please note that they can be a little tricky to operate the first time, so we've included a short video demonstrating how to use them.

We don't offer on-site food services, but there are plenty of options nearby – we've listed a selection of recommended eateries on
our website.

Dishwasher
A dishwasher for used crockery & cutlery is available in the Platform Parlour. Clean replacements can be found in the kitchen wall cupboards.
Under Bed Storage
There's space under your bed for storage of suitcases/luggage.
Patio Access
Your room has French doors leading onto the patio. Please enjoy this outdoor space during your stay.
If you leave the property, please ensure the French doors are securely locked before you go and exit via the main entrance door.
Ironing Facilities
You will find an ironing board in the 'Platform Parlour', just off the entrance lobby. The iron is kept under the sink. Please do not remove these from the Platform Parlour.
